Indo-Global
Social Service Society, a National Development Support
Organization with headquarters in Delhi and 5 regional
offices elsewhere, is looking for an Executive Director.
The selected
candidate will have excellent communication and
diplomatic skills, in addition to managerial and
administrative competence of a high order. Additionally,
the Executive Director should be a person committed
to the basic tenets of NGO philosophy, preferably
with a master degree in development or related
field and grass-roots level experience for at
least 5 years. Preferably, age should be above
40 years
The
Executive Director, working under the direction
of the Board of Governors, will advise the Board
on policy and strategy and implement the Board’s
decision diligently.
The
job involves travel in India as well as abroad,
as IGSSS has a number of foreign partners.
The compensation package will be
negotiable, based on the experience and other
assets of the candidate.
